Mr T and I recently made Ma Po Tofu from where's the beef and it is AWESOME. It is so easy to make and rich in flavour that we have made it about 3 times in a pretty short period. The only change we make, is using a little less of the spicy soya bean paste because we both have a pretty low heat tolerance.

Lucy from Nourish Me recently posted another good-looking version, subbing the TVP for tempeh. Looks like it's lighter on the chilli too!
