Thanks cristy and jlp. Although, I have to admit the whole apartment is not like that. The lounge room is mostly white with a very small red wall, and the kitchen is mostly a pale yellow with splashes of colours on the cupboards and around the window.
Jlp, it was already like that. I kind of think they had sample paints and just went crazy with them.
Apparently they were considering giving the apartment to someone else but they wanted to paint it all white and the agent said 'no' the colours are part of its appeal.
